She’s comes back to school after a cold.
She’s lost a few pounds.
People tell Anna she looks good.
At this point, she’s a healthy weight.
Looking in the mirror, she decides that she’ll never put the weight back on again.
There’s no going back.
She stares at her dinner on the table.
As soon as her mother leaves the room, she tosses thr nutritous food into the bin.
Weight loss has become her addiction.
She skips every meal and in the past month, she’s only eaten a few pieces of fruit.
Even then, she would run for hours and hours in the park.
She was afraid to sit down incase she gained any weight.
Her hair was dull, limp and lifeless.
Nobody would dare to touch her in fear that her bones would break.
She was so skinny, you could clearly see her rib cage.
Yet she still told herself she was fat.
Now instead of being the curvy, healthy person she was at the start, she was very very thin.
One night, she had to be taken to the hospital to have a check up.
The docotrs were horrfied when they saw her.
They told her she had a week to live.
Anna thought they were joking, tricking her.
And she refused to eat anything that was put infront of her.
Sadly, she died 4 dats later.
Anorexia kills.
Don’t fall into the trap of unhealthy weight loss.
