Teenagers should set out on a holiday mood with the right frame of mind. Remember, that holidays are meant to be a getaway from the normal routine, a time to meet new people, see new places and enjoy different activities and different food. Enjoy all this but avoid overeating. Food should be for health, nourishment and not to cause harm to your body. Have a healthy breakfast, lunch and preferably a light dinner. Intake of fruits and green vegetables is a must. Teens should consume minimum of 2-3 litres of water daily and continue exercising in order to prevent unwanted weight gain during holidays.
