Following are some suggestions provided by our Teen Magazine for all those teenagers who suffer from the heat of the summer and tend to become aggressive. There are many preventive ways which teens could follow to keep away from reaching a boiling point.
a. putting a sun screen with sufficient SPF is important.
b. teens should carry a sun-umbrella or wear a cap.
c. wear light colored cotton clothes.
d. Drink lots of fluid in order to replenish the water which is lost due to the sun.
e. Avoid spicy food.
f. Listen to your body when you feel tired.
g. Choose your work-out timings early in the morning or later in the evening when it becomes cooler.
h. Pave your path to success with your anger. Very often than not our anger is caused by real life problems and our social beliefs that every problem has a solution. The best strategy is about equipping you on techniques on how to face the problem.
i. make a plan and check out your progress.
j. Strive to always give your 100%.
k. Do not push yourself or assume that someone is pushing you.
l. make serious attempts to face the challenges of life.
Following these strategies will make you less likely to lose patience. So whatever happens remember, don’t look back in anger!
