Okay…You got a crush on someone in your class. You are confused about what step is to be taken. The best way would be to become friends with your crush first. When you actually get to know the other person well can you decide whether you truly like him/her? Here are some ways to become friends with your crush.

Try to sit next to your crush in class. This is the best way of getting close to your crush. Most of the times your lecturers ask you to form a group of 4-5 with people sitting next to each other. You are instructed to perform a skit, a play, do some kind of group work. This is the best opportunity to get close and to do some good group work together. Suggest some innovative ideas so that your crush would become impressed by your creativity. Comment on his suggestions too, be nice to him/her.

Start a conversation: it is important to remember that not everyone is good at everything. You might be having some weaknesses and your crush too would be having some. Do some homework to find out what your crush is good at and what he is not so good at. If he is good at something that you are not then ask him for some help. Most nice guys are willing to help. If he is weak at something then offer to help him out with it. It could be related to studies, music, sports, games anything. This way both of you would get more time to spend with each other and get to know each other well.

One good way to get him to notice you would be to ask about the homework. It would seem causal enough and it would also give you an opportunity to have a decent conversation with your crush. You could also lend him something he/she needs; be it pen, pencil, eraser anything with a sweet smile to get noticed.

Become friends with his friends: This could be a great move. If you become friends with one of his friends then you would automatically get introduced to your crush. You could then become his friend too and make it work in your favor.
