How to get over a terrible break-up? Well, following are some advices which could really help you out of depression.
1. Do not fight or be nasty: Fighting can only make things worse. Do not act like a psycho just leave him alone. The fact that he is not right for you doesn’t make him bad.
2. Don’t not call him and pester him: If you want to get over them then close all means of communication with him. You don’t want to hear his voice; this would only remind you of him.
3. Do not keep his things: If he has gifted you anything then it is time to get rid of them, especially if he was a dog. Throw/ burn all his pictures/stuffs. You would feel much better.
4. Don’t keep yourself locked in one room: You need to talk to your friends as much as possible, hang out with them, do some fun activities, watch chick- flicks, join dance classes, interact with more people, you would feel good. Do not isolate yourself from others. Your friends are always there to help you out of this mess.
5. Make a list of all those things you have always hated about him. What make you fall for a jerk like this? You are much better without him and his annoying habits.
6. Treat/ pamper yourself: It is an ideal time to treat yourself. Plan out a holiday with your family/ friends. Try out new things, get some fun and adventure back in your life. Remember Mr. Right is waiting for you out there.
